FormFlow

FormFlow is a companion app for iOS that lets you create and manage Google Forms in your own Google Account, right from your phone. It only works with the forms and files you create in the app or choose to open through Google's own file picker — nothing else in your Drive is visible to it.

Open your existing forms

Pick any of your existing Google Forms through Google's built-in file picker to edit it or reuse its questions. FormFlow never sees the rest of your Drive.

Build Google Forms

Create new Google Forms directly in your Drive, add questions, sections, and images, and manage settings without opening a browser.

Manage what you've made

Rename, move, copy, star, and delete the forms and files you created with FormFlow or opened through the picker, and upload photos from your device to use in a form you're building.

Stay in sync

Everything you do in FormFlow reads and writes straight to your own Google Account — there's no separate copy stored on our servers.

Why FormFlow asks for limited Google Drive access

FormFlow doesn't run its own file storage — it's an interface to forms that live in your Google Account. It requests Google's narrowest Drive permission (drive.file), which covers only the files FormFlow itself creates and the files you explicitly select through Google's file picker. FormFlow cannot list, read, or change anything else in your Drive. It uses this access to create and edit Google Forms, upload images for form questions, read the responses to forms you open in the app, and organize the files it created — all through Google's own sign-in and consent screen. You can review or revoke this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what data FormFlow accesses and how it's used.
